The youngest of five children, Toni was born and raised in Rhode Island. After graduating East Providence High School as a member of the Rhode Island Honor Society, she held several jobs from accounts receivable to waitressing before attending Rhode Island Associates of Realtors.     Currently, a stay-at-home-mom, her days are filled with writing romance novels, cleaning house, and playing with the cat her family adopted from the sheltor whom has now become the queen of the house.
